My work experience is mainly as a Technical Support Representative with extensive sales experience and exceptional customer service skills for more than three years. I am a strongly motivated individual, upbeat, courteous, customer service oriented and highly persuasive with 5+ years of experience in the BPO industry.

I have worked for AT&T, T-Mobile, Time Warner and William Hill Online. I used to do blind troubleshooting over the phone and has a long experience in remote access troubleshooting, with extensive sales experience as it was a paid-for support account. Adapting to job demands and workloads is something I do best because of my various experiences in a call center environment, which includes inbound and outbound calling, chat and email support.

Recently, I have been given a chance to manage a healthcare campaign for a commission-based job but I am looking for something more stable. I also do web research, resume gap analysis and administrative tasks such as preparing end of day reports and writing pilot proposals.
