Hi, my name is Romela. My nickname is Mommy, as they always call me that. In a way, I have already lived up to being someone that a lot of people depend on. Customer Service is my main job and with this, I have cultivated my skills of being a people person, adaptive to change and handle stress. I provide a solution to problems from frustrated customers and I try my very best to pacify them, as well as happy customers to make them feel valued to continue their business with the company. My experience for more than 5 years in Customer service working on a Telecommunication Account helped me improve my leadership skills. Being a senior agent, handling a team of 13 to 15 agents sometimes was one of my duties and responsibilities and this experience has provided me the ability to be an escalation expert. I was one of the Agents of the Year Awardee for 3 consecutive years due to my performance on Customer Satisfaction, First Call Resolution, and Quality. I believe putting your heart and loving what you do are the keys to be successful.
