Customer Service is my main job and with this, I have cultivated my skills of being a people person, adaptive to change and handle stress. My experience for more than 5 years in Customer service working on a Telecommunication Account helped me improve my leadership skills. Being a senior agent, handling a team of 13 to 15 agents sometimes was one of my duties and responsibilities and this experience has provided me the ability to be an escalation expert. I was one of the Agents of the Year Awardee for 3 consecutive years due to my performance on Customer Satisfaction, First Call Resolution, and Quality.
