I have been with the BPO Industry as an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative and a Telemarketer for consumer accounts. My main task is to answer customer’s queries and help them with their concerns, as well as market the products that the company is offering. I have been with the industry for almost 8 years and this is where I was able to fully develop my customer service and communication skills. Getting to deal with various people from all walks of life has not only developed my patience but also my understanding.
