As an admin staff for a year, taught me how to be more productive of my time. Being able to communicate well and transact billings and payments to clients that requires full understanding and attention to details they share concerning their owned units. Assisting them by answering their queries through phone and email or by coming to our office personally. Filing, encoding and organizing files of the clients are our daily routine and also it is a must have skill that I know will help me also to be the best virtual assistant that you can have. Even though it is a routine based job, I'm still willing to learn more tasks and acquire skills that will help me gain more knowledge that I will use for future endeavors. But I know it will not be easy said than done and I will be more willing to patiently wait for that time to come.
