I used to work in some call centers here in the Philippines form technical to customer service accounts.I was an agent in Dell desktops and printers then was transferred to Toshiba and Dell XPS.i fix computer issues either hardware or software. I was an inbound agent at first then became an outbound agent after few months.
Then was moved to Toshiba account where mostly we do software during my stay in Sitel PH.
Transfer to my hometown and worked in Lenovo computer as a sales/technical agent.
When i was in clark Air Base Pampanga i worked in NCO and handled Gen care.we support Customer service/tech/sales.
And my last company was Arvato Bertelsmann in Clark as well.I joined the Microsoft Surface Team.
We support the Surface devices of Microsoft.
