I worked to BPO industry as Technical Support Representative for one year and two months that was a nice account, unfortunately the line of business of that account was closed so applied to a different call center, fortunately I get hired as Customer Service Representative for travel account for more than one year but that account was transferred to a different site so I decided to resigned. I applied again as Technical Support Associate to an Australian account and I get hired again. It was a very good call center environment because of a good management they had. Unfortunately, the management changed and everything got changed they don't value their people anymore and that makes me decide to resigned after one year and five months working to them. I can handle pressure, I can work with less suprivision, I am good in call handling like dealing upset or irate customers and I can still walk them through properly how to fix technical issues on their end and I considered it as my skill as a technical support representative.
