Ronald Reyes

I have been a versatile and results-driven Information and Communications Technology (ICT) professional since 2003. During this period, I have acquired knowledge in developing, maintaining, and securing Local Area Networks (LANs) as well as the installation and configuration of Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSATs). I have extensive experience in IT Helpdesk Support and Radio Communications (UHF/VHF). The majority of my expertise in the world of ICT has been obtained through contracting experiences in Afghanistan; I have provided my services there since November 2003 through involvement in various country-wide deployments to remote locations in order to provide vital day to day and tactical IT/Communications support. This involvement has allowed me to develop an aptitude guided by focus and performance on the task at hand in order to tackle objectives in the worst possible conditions, including situations in a paramilitary environment.

My experience is not limited to IT specialization. I have had the opportunity to work in the field of research, data collection and entry, and as a virtual assistant in web development.
