ROSALINDA SAMANIEGO
INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES:
I have spent most of my professional career in the BPO industry, now I am looking to try and learn other things. I decided to leave my BPO job and have been working from home for a year as an Account Resolution Specialist for a US Medical Billing Company. I have interests in writing, web design and I have been busy educating myself thru free online courses to enhance my skills. I like to read and take some Udemy free short courses as long as my schedule permits. I would often get positive customer feedback because of my patience, I am flexible enough to work with a team or individually, I am highly analytical and focus in providing the accurate but immediate resolution. I feel great getting the job done the right way. I ‘d say I’m really good at research and I can accomplish any tasks with minimum supervision as long as I receive proper training. I started working from home August of last year.
