Hi there, I am Rosana Roque, graduate of Business Administration Major in Financial Management. I worked almost 5 years as billing and collection in a real estate company and currently as part timer Merger and Acquisition Data Analyst. From my worked experience as Billing and Collection I carried out some tasks like billing of the tenant, collecting and summarizing the payment, reconciliation of accounts receivable / payable and bank accounts, cleaning up the account of the tenant and checking the interest. I also answering the query of every tenant and follow up the payment if the tenant didn't pay thru email and phone. As Merger and Acquisition Data Analyst I carried out some tasks like researching the company details of the public company and the acquired company, researching the investor that involved in the acquisition transaction and computation of gross value and equity value of acquisition and the revenue, EBITDA and net income.I also have knowledge in financial reporting like Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow. I have also experienced SAP, PODIO and I am certified QuickBooks Advisor.
