I’m a seasoned people manager and recruiting professional with a passion for systems. My expertise is in process design and management, as well as the development and optimisation of collaborative, inclusive and diverse teams. I really enjoy working with dynamic, innovative organizations on cutting-edge projects in people and process management roles. I also find fulfilment from generating and working with new ideas, and my passion has always been improving the customer experience.  

My colleagues would describe me as a tenacious, resilient problem-solver who is not fazed by adversity, but faces it by taking charge with a level-headed and calm demeanour. Currently, I am seeking remote work opportunities that will allow me to combine my love for systems and processes with human resource management and recruitment. In particular, specific fields of interest include information technology, telecommunications, health care and finance.
