I've worked the longest in the BPO/Call Center industry. Total number of years about 10. Started out as an agent answering front line calls, then being an SME (Subject Matter Expert), to eventually becoming a Team Leader handing 10-15 call center agents. Teams handled included Technical Support, Customer Service, and a Healthcare account. Handled people with different personalities/egos, as well as ensuring clients see and are satisfied with continuous improvements being implemented. With these experiences, communication skills both written and oral has improved. I also needed to think critically, or as others would say Out of the box thinking to deal with different concerns and/or issues. Patience, which is key has also developed over time. After my time working in the BPO industry, I became self-employed selling different legal items online, using available and common platforms. I've been also involved in corporate selling as I am part of a group selling to corporate clients.
