Roselyn Calalas

I have over 5 years of BPO call center experience. I am a graduate of, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I am a very hardworking person, an internet and computer savvy, a highly motivated person, a fast learner, and reliable, who can work with minimal supervision.

I just graduated last year but I have more than 5 years of BPO experience, since I am working while also studying. As a working student, I can say that I am good at managing my time well and can do multi tasking. In my 5 years in BPO industry, I handled different account, I was under telco account, billing with sales, technical support with sales and taxi dispatching. Throughout the years, I always made sure to meet my goals and company goals in all the campaign that I am under with.
