I am currently working as an Email Support in an e-commerce company that is based in Hong Kong, a project-based work. I have also worked as a Senior Reservations Officer at The Palace Manila in BGC. Taguig City for almost 2 years. I have also worked as a Reservations Associate at St Giles Hotel in Makati for 6 years.
My 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry have taught me a great deal about dealing with customers. Although my experience is from a different field, I have developed strong problem-solving skills, honed my ability to manage conflicts, polished my communication skills, and have been very confident in my customer service skills. And when I saw that there is an opportunity as a freelancer, I realized that this represents a challenge that I'll relish.
I am a quick learner and passionate about pursuing my career in any form which will help me enhance and develop more of my skills.
