Objective
Equipped with 11 years of secretary and clerical experience in the Education and
Engineering industry, my career objective now is to obtain a position at a home based
level where I can maximize my potential-technical and communication skills as well as
multitasking abilities. I have experience in variety of clerical works – excelled in all
areas of administrative support, proven to be successful in continually prioritizing my
workload to meet the ever changing deadlines as well as adapting to an influx of work
cause by co-worker’s absence or an overflow in work. Being determined to accomplish
projects or work before meeting the deadline can be fully utilized to improve customer
satisfaction and enhance the company brand name.

Purchasing of the materials and supplies including canvassing.
Receiving and checking purchased items and making summary reports on the
receipts including recording.
Following up on the teacher’s requests for the supplies and materials.
Making Annual reports of the supplies.
Quarterly and Annual inventory for the Classroom Supplies, Office Supplies,
Household Supplies, Practical Arts Materials, Scouting Materials, Electrical and
Carpentry Supplies and Materials.
Making reports on the defective and broken materials that are subject for
disposal.
Making reports on the use of PA materials including area during the Students
Food Sale and Scouting Activity.
Handling the locker keys of the students.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
