I'm an experienced customer service professional and virtual assistant who worked for different clients in the USA and Australia.

I have more than 5 years of experience as a customer service professional handling different campaigns that included financial, hotel reservations, fraud analysis, loan collections, survey management, and online retail. I’m proficient in utilizing all customer service platforms, be it through phone, chat, and email, or a combination of all three.

As a 4-year virtual assistant veteran, the tasks that I performed for my clients included: data research, data entry, social media moderation, hr, and customer relations/support.

I also have experience working as an office-based personal assistant to the CEO. The tasks that I did for my client were managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements; email management, records and files management; human resources management; payroll management and tracking of company finances. I send and present detailed reports and meet with clients accordingly on behalf of the CEO as well, in case he’s out of the country.
