Working as a Customer Service Rep for 5 years, has given me plenty of experiences, by listening carefully to the needs of my customers before efficiently working to solve their problems and explain the solutions For giving the best customer service I could offer to customer and trying to solve their issues or even going above and beyond to what I can provide to them.

I describe myself as hard-working and precisionist or meticulous. In order for me to get the job done and avoid making mistakes, I tend to ask questions to procedures and updates that's not clear to me. I hate to make mistakes especially if I can avoid it. I have to check over and over again the documents or tickets or even procedures I did before submitting it. Over the last years, my work as a CSR has allowed me to cultivate this quality through experiences. Specifically, I was able to get high or even perfect scores during evaluations.

I'm always looking forward to learn more and develop this quality and skills that I have.
