Throughout my years of experience I have developed excellent skills in turning negative situations into positive ones, showing empathy and understanding, patience, calmness and have great time management and a positive attitude.

I also provide a wide range of Administrative Services including data entry, transcription, internet research, email support and social media marketing. I have good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Calender, Google Spreadsheet and Desktop.
