I have an experience of 9.5 years where i got chance to work with Thomson Digital, HCL, IBM, Hinduja Global Solution and Vamani Overseas 1) Thomson Digital :- I use to maintain data for the clients and software team. It was a US and UK process 2) HCL :- I use to handle customer queries and we use maintain data of the client data and query and use to resolve them. 3) IBM/Hinduja :- I was handling Airtel process and use to resolve queries of the customer and use to help my manager with maintaining team data 4) Vamani Overseas :- I use to handle Australian clients for Just Wines process.
