I have an excellent communication skills and positive attitude towards work. I love problem solving, I can work under pressure and still come up with great results. I am flexible, fast learner, goal oriented, reliable. And I am looking for a long term position that will allow me to develop my skills and learn new things.

I have been working in the BPO industry for three years. I have experience in providing an exceptional inbound and outbound customer service for the following accounts: Telco, Insurance, Escalation and Order Processing. I also worked as a QA and our main responsibility was to save the company from invalid or excess credits being applied by the front line agents who accept billing disputes from the customers.

I believe to the golden rule "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."That's why for me working as a customer service representative is not only an opportunity to earn more money and career growth. I know my purpose and that is the reason why I love this job even others say it is a stressful job. I believe that each customer should be assisted professionally with honesty, they deserve an excellent service, and by doing that I know I am also doing a vital part for the success of the company, in return I know my employer will give what I also deserve.
