I worked as a customer service representative for Teleperformance philippines for 1 year for expedia sales that do bookings for Flight , Hotels and Car Rentals and after was pulled up for Comcast account to do activations and troubleshooting for cable boxes and modems then was pulled up again back to expedia service account to help customers with their Hotel bookings , Flight and Car Rental problems. after a year with the company i decided to leave and apply for Alorica Philippines for their T-mobile account as a customer service representative that help out customers concerns like Billing , technical support and sales. then after 3 months of taking in calls , was promoted as a senior representative to support newly hired representatives. then after a year with the company, decided to leave and work at home as an appointment setter for clients that sells security systems and water heaters.
