Greetings! I have worked at four companies in the business process outsourcing industry for over eight years. My first job was as a call center agent at Teleperformance Philippines, where I worked for five months. I then moved on to Sutherland Philippines, where I worked as a customer service associate for over three years, handling phone calls, chats, and emails. My third job was at Awesome OS, where I held the same role and functions as I did at Sutherland. I worked at Awesome OS for two years and seven months. My fourth job was as a social media marketer at Callbox Marketing and Sales Solutions, but I left after three months and returned to Awesome OS, where I have been working as a customer service representative since August 2022.

With my years of work experience in the business process outsourcing industry, I've learned to acquire patience, a sense of responsibility, organizational skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

Outside the workplace, my hobbies are listening to music, watching movies and videos on YouTube, attending concerts, and reading posts on social media platforms such as Facebook and X.
