·      Liaising with Contractors & Suppliers for finalization of terms and conditions of contract and accordingly ensuring that all bid post clarifications and agreements are incorporated

·      Receiving, reviewing and finalizing the scope of work, evaluating offers, identifying and selecting contractors and suppliers as per the requirements and specifications

·      Monitoring site operations for the verification of the completed works and other technical clarifications

·      Developing project baselines while monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects

·      Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output

·      Formulating & implementing stringent systems and quality plans to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project

·      Overseeing follow-up with vendors for engineering deliverables, timely deliveries, and quality checks & ensuring timely payments

·      Reviewing project execution status, monitor/ control construction and ensure the project execution is on schedule & within budget.
