Worked as a customer support representative for an online food delivery service named Foodpanda. Our team handled email and live chat support for Asia Pacific. We used Zendesk and Zopim Chat for email and chat support while keeping numerous KPI's such as response time and average chat handling time a top priority.

During my time there I learned time management when dealing with multiple customer queries while keeping an on the KPI's and being careful of any SOP violations.
