DEPARTMENT : RBWM New Business Voice(Inbound & Outbound) and Non Voice Process PROCESS: New Business (New To Bank): Responsible for meetinng process SLA’S and PLA’S Exhibit ownership of business; understand financial impacts of the process in day to day activities Process Credit Card aapplication request as per the process guidelines and based on the output of the application or the decision made through relevant applications used in the process of issuing card. Adhere to strict audit and compliance rules and regulations to promote the same. To ensure customized services to valued customers and help resolve customer’s complaints. Meeting the quality and performance parameters with nill compliance findings. Responsibilities: During On Boarding stage , Conduct customer due diligence checks ti ensure the customer is out of sanctions and Anti Money Laundering (AML) activities by performing experian check to the customer’s acccounts While updating the information we need to make sure that the customer has any connection with the Sanctioned countries, Tax resident in USA which leads to FATCA, and any information provided not matching with the customer profile needs to be address to the line manager immediately and then escalated if advised in the form of UAR. Responsible for meeting customer expectations in making them understand the importance of keeping their accounts up to date. Explain customers about the Safeguard Procedures and the benefits in keeping their accounts up to date Requesting KYC (Know your Customers) information in the form of ID&VA documents from customers. Also check for the service failure if any, as part of Pre Check which are addressed by the customers on the call and discuss the same in appropriate manner by maintain excellent professional relationship. Achievements: Received compliments from Business Area for delivering the commitment of completing the case on the required time lines. Received Special Recognition awards for meeting 100% quality and Service level agreement. I am a quick learner and flexible to work on any complex queues. SPOC for identifying any procedural gaps . FAV(Fraud Application Vetting) Inbound and Outbound telephony: To ensure customized services to customers and help resolve customer’s operational problems by interacting with different business gropus within the bank and delivering 100% service excellence in working with tight deadlines. Responsibilities: Receive calls from HSBC primary card applicants for secondary add on credit card where we perform verification checks by taking basic KYC information and verify the caller. Such inappropriate accounts arre flagged up report raised as advised by line manager. Any account which does not meet the AML and sanctioned policy breaches, than a call is made to the “Crredit Investigatory Fraud Application System” team for further authorization on the primary account. Helped colleagues and new operators with referrals and other process related queries. Conduct Due Diligence checks on the account and process accordingly. Conducting different preprocessing checks before issuing the secondary credit cards and contacting customers directly. Technical Skills: Packages: Microsoft Officev2010/2007/2003.
