· Experience on Test Management tools.(JIRA, HPALM,BITBUCKET,GIT HUB)
· Experience working in AGILE methodology and been part of a SCRUM team
· Experience on database technologies like Oracle SQL,DB Visualizer, My SQL
· Ability to handle escalations and reproduce the defect using customer scenarios, providing guidance, feedback and suggestions to improve quality practices
· Identify tools and technologies that can be implemented and in-line with the skill-set of the team
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, Developers, UX Designers) to drive software quality from customer perspective.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Possess strong facilitation skills and skilled at interacting with business users to identify information needs, initiating process changes and Requirements gathering
· Good working experience in the Onsite-Offshore development model
