Zonal Logistic Cordinator

Forecasting, Demand & Supply Chain

·     Receiving plan from Sales/Forecasting team where the Material to be installed in particular Timeline and Future forecasting of the Material.

·     To check the material in Our Stock based on that we need arrange the material from Different WH if available.

·     Raise the PO of the Material required to be install.

·     Proper Tracking of the Material and follow up from the vendor on timely delivery of the Material.

·     Preparation of MIS, Sap related report and ageing reports to provide feedback to top management on the performance.

·     Monthly dispatch, receipt and space & cost saving as per the requirement of Management.

Material & Inventory Control

·     Carrying out warehousing & inventory management and monitoring store operations of receipt, dispatch, storage and return of disqualified material. 

·     Governing the inventory function so as to curtail inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage.

·     Introducing easy & fast way of loading unloading with optimum output of manpower.

·     Ensuring compliance with various user or vendor and coordinating with them for smooth operations  

·     Responsible of Monitoring MIN ,MRN ,BTN ,FMR , MRS ,OGP , GRN ,Tracking of Material checking STO status in SAP MM in System .

Logistics

·     Managing logistics, negotiating with transporters for cost effective transport solutions & clearances.

·     Arrangement of Transportation, Dispatch Plan in regular Activity.

·     Monitoring the fleet of vehicles & transporters ensuring on time delivery & transit norms & analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same.

·     Drafting the procedure of warehousing & dispatch.
