I've worked as a customer service representative for almost 14 years. I've handled several accounts and different LOBs all over the US. I've worked for an International money transfer service, Yahoo! Sports, a well know Life Insurance company in the US and recently I've worked for an online proctoring company. Right now, I want to acquire another skill, and to be honest, Covid-19 struck my family hard and I need to land a job to support the entire family. Given my work history, I've work for mostly customer service support that involved taking calls and chat support. I'm flexible and I am eager to learn more, I can work independently.
