I am a hardworking, patient,humble, dependable and determined individual. My experiences include:- Customer Service Associate (Fulltime), Sutherland Global Servces, UWI Mona Campus, where **I **accept inbound calls and make outbound calls in meeting customers’ needs as it regards to their query with goods or services, Sales Representative (Part time), Happy Konnections (Digicel), UWI Mona Campus, where I process and accept payments for sale transactions of phones, modems and phone accessories using Quickbooks and Aria Software, process and accept payments for bill payments using Aria Software, offer customer service to customers in person and via telephone,stock taking, ordering and restocking of phones, modems and accessories and my first job was a Cashier (Fulltime and Part time), ValuMart Food Stores where I process and accept payments for goods at point of sale, package customer’s goods, offer customer service in person and via telephone and assist in stock taking. In addition during my four years of training I have assisted in alleviating sicknesses, preventing illnesses and promoting health in patients in various healthcare settings.

In my experiences to date i have gained quite a few skills which includes:-communication,multitasking, prioritizing, organization, technical skills, interpersonal skills, initiative and problem-solving abilities, dependability and being a team player
