Working in a busy call centre dealing with several companies who provide pet insurance.
Meeting call targets, and delivering high customer service at all times.
Having all calls recorded so they are evaluated every month, to make sure we are saying all the script, and a legal issues.
Working to a strict system which shows what time you logged on and go for breaks, any problems causes a you to get a late note.
Inbound calls from various companies customers dealing with all issues, like death of pet, renewed polices, cancelling polices, updates to the policies and anything else the customer needs.
Need to be available to do overtime and weekends if short staffed.
