Project managed a five-member team in the redesign of a
businesses’ customer-facing website
• Key goals from the research included development of an onsite
booking tool and increased user engagement by implementing and
designing a monthly newsletter using materials that were already
being generated

Conducted research to verify the hypothesis that sleep loss causes
social withdrawal and loneliness
• Coordinated recruiting 21 research participants including
identifying potential candidates and scheduling interviews
