Sub-contractor for HDGSK-JV (Joint venture of Hyundai, GS & SK) for construction of Karbala Refinery Project (KRP) in Iraq. Working as Materials Controller from 12th March 2019 to 23rd August 2019. Controlling and issuing of materials for different type of tanks (total 24 tanks) with different capacity. Ordering materials, keeping inventory, lining up materials as per the requirement from the field and dispatching on a timely manner. 3) Process Construction & Technical Services (PCTS), Navi Mumbai, from 26th September 2016 to 22nd November 2018 as Admin/HR Supervisor. Key Responsibilities include: Looking after day-to-day administration of Workshop. Recruiting various Craft Personnel for mobilizing to L&T, AFCONS for ONGC Offshore Projects. Coordinating with barge /Port/ ONGC/ L&T/AFCONS for material/Manpower etc. Preparing workers’ rotation. Reporting to MD about day-to-day work status. 4) Dubai Petroleum From 13th May 2008 to 7th May March 2016, as “Maintenance Planner” at Dubai Offshore, UAE. (on 28/28 rotation cycle). (3 years through MIS) Key Responsibilities include; Co-ordinates, plans & execute jobs in accordance with Maintenance requirement. Coordinating with contractor’s for execution of work on a timely manner. Attending daily meetings. Attending onshore meetings, assisting procurement for urgent procurement of materials. Participate in regular planning & scheduling meeting to identify work to be planned and also ensuring that safety-related issues are given top priorities. For PM or CM Shutdowns of various gas turbines Viz. Avon 200, Rolls-Royce RB211 (G & GT) Engines, Solar Centaur, Solar Mars, Solar Saturn, GE Frame III, various process compressors Viz. Dresser Rand, Cooper Bessemer, Pumps Viz. Weir, Sulzer etc. Monitoring operations work orders and categorize priorities and instruct the planning leader/Planner for execution of work. Acts as a key focal point for Maintenance requirement. Preparing weekly work summary report for the management update, Liaise with Operations and maintenance team. Maintain and update an accurate and readily accessible documentation database for all warehouse transactions. 5) Canadian Nexen Petroleum Yemen through Measar Salab Services, during March 2004 – April 2008: As Maintenance Planner. Canadian Nexen Petroleum Yemen: Dual oil treatment facilities, diesel topping plants & associated auxiliary systems, pipeline & field operations, and power plants (125Mw) & field-generated power systems (250 Mw) and a 2.5 million bbl tank farm. Key Responsibilities include; Follow-up/approval of planned and unplanned work orders for a multi-discipline Maintenance department. Responsible for establishing equipment Preventive Maintenance Strategies, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists and Scheduling Packages in SAP. Critical Review of maintenance backlogs and reallocating to future schedules with key focus on safety critical equipment. Developing Bills of Materials in SAP based on vendor parts Manual & Establishing materials for PM services. Monitor planned maintenance to minimize downtime. Monitor scheduled plant shutdown maintenance. Master Data maintenance within SAP Verification of Function Locations tagging based on P&ID’s. Tracking equipment, associated costs, histories and failures of serialized equipment. 6) Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) through Almeer Technical Services Co. (ATESCO), During July 1999 – Feb 2004, as Planning Coordinator. Key Responsibilities include; Coordinating between the contractor and KOC for the day to day administration at site office.
