Seamus Ruiz Earle

As Managing Director, Seamus oversees each project the firm takes on, bringing experience across a variety of industries and organizations. From financial institutions to education startups, his diverse skillsets facilitate allocating firm resources to best serve our clients. 

In 2018, Seamus was fortunate to travel from Boston to San Francisco to speak at the Dreamforce Global Conference as a Higher Education Keynote Panelist. At this time, he was recognized as the youngest Trailblazer in Salesforce History. Since then, he has served many clients, instituting new Salesforce instances, transitioning from Classic to Lightning versions, and implementing best practices to maximize ROI. He has completed over 400 Trailhead badges in the Salesforce Trailhead training program to become a Quadruple Ranger, 4x more than the highest rank in the program.

Seamus is a proud graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose CA. He also became the first graduate in the history of Boston College to graduate with a double BA in only 3 years. In his free time, he serves as the Chairman of Michael's Way, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
