I am an experienced RCM Manager with more than 8 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry. I am experienced in Whole RCM including Eligibility and Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, Charge Entry, Claims Follow-Ups, Rejections, Denial Management, AR Management as well as Credentialing/Enrollments. 

My scope of work is to assist management, clients, and potential clients by virtually handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail. I do have command on computer which includes MS office (Excel, Word) at both English verbal and written communication. I am experienced in inbound, outbound calls, scheduling, faxing, scanning & record keeping.
