I am a passionate, self-motivated, and smart-working young man. I have almost three years of working in human resources, experience in Employee relations management, Employees Profiling, Portfolios in HRIS, Performance assessment, supervision on Job rotation and analysis, and strategic human resource development. I have been tasked with both internal & external recruitment roles in different companies (construction and manufacturing). I have developed into a versatile professional who has gained experience in data management and human resource analytics. I have managed rewards and welfare in Microsoft Excel and SPSS software. I have presented memoranda on constructive job evaluations and statistical data on work structure and administration. I learn and adapt quickly and also try to contribute with every bit of my personal and professional skillset to the steady growth of any company.
