I am a self-motivated and results focused educational professional with 21 years of experience holding roles in all areas of education; classroom and online facilitation, learning design and implementation, data analysis to provide feedback and make program changes for improvement, and program development/management. I am an enthusiastic leader who strives to create culture and maintain high engagement amongst team members. I have led multiple level teams and been recognized for goal attainment and performance outcomes. I want to go deeper into education, be a reformer and improve the work and processes in the schools to help students and professionals succeed.

My passion is training and mentoring and developing systems to ensure growth and success within the organization. I create solid relationshipswith cohorts and stakeholders to help achieve goals for all involved both personally and professionally.
