Duties include:
Provided customer care services to clients who are interested in the security project
Registering of new clients and renewing old clients.
Responding to the hotline number in case of emergencies in the community.
Working hand in hand with the police officers in the interest of the community people.
Preparing, organizing and storing information in files, and in digital form.
Creating and sending out emails to government offices ad any office involved with the community.
Managing of diaries ,scheduling meetings and booking conference halls
Arranging travel and accommodation for staff members
