I have BPO experience for 7 years in which I was a supervisor for 5 years and was in an apprenticeship for operations manager position for almost a year. I have handled agents and team managers in making sure that we, as a team, are hitting the goals and KPIs set by our clients. I do best at root cause analysis, reporting, team management, and action planning. I work effectively with less supervision and figure things out on my own before asking for help. I am looking for a long-term, stable job where I can showcase my talent and do it with passion.
