I have worked as a Front desk/reservations in Mt. Olympus Water and theme Park and Resorts in Wisconsin Dells. I handle calls, make reservations, checking in and out guest, handle customer's complaints and solving their issues and handling cash payments. I also trained newly hired employees. I have also worked a cashier/service crew in McDonald's Restaurant in Iligan City, Philippines in which my tasks includes greeting and welcoming guest, taking orders and presenting it to guest, I also handles cash payment. Just recently, I worked as a marketing consultant and was assigned to mainly provide strategic plans in promoting and increasing sales, analyze customer's wants and needs, handles customer's complaints and providing solutions to it. I also handles reservations, calls, cash payment, and inventories.
