Motivation, interest and curiosity drives me to study and develop skills in different fields. I am passionate to learn new things and accept challenging roles. I always take the risk to be out of my comfort zone and go beyond my capacity to grasp opportunities.

I have experienced in answering inbound emails and calls, handling customer queries and respond to client’s concerns and resolve issues in a way that builds a strong and long-term strategic partnership with the client. I am experienced in using Microsoft Office such as word, excel and PowerPoint as well as Google Drive Office Suite. I am also knowledgeable in basic programming.
