I have four year experience as Customer Service Representative in the call center industry.I worked for Convergys and Sitel Philippines for 2 years as a Billing Specialist.I handled Cable Acct ,one of the largest cable company in U.S.,my responsibilities are to answer calls pertaining with their accounts ,provided resolution for the complex issue and turning the call with the best Customer Experience , as I believe this should be the skill that needs high attention.I learned that being a team player is also the key to success and keep learning new things for innovation.
