Hey! My name is Shekinah. I am a visionary and forward-thinking graphic designer with over four years of experience and exceptional attention to detail and a passion for both print and digital media. I build entrepreneurial design with creative extensive working knowledge in typography and the effective usage of positive and negative space when developing bold outputs.

In building surprising designs for branding, I can assist you in creating graphics, photo editing, designs for advertisements, logos, brochures, handouts, flyers, labels, invitations, signages, backdrops, and newsletters.

I created concepts, designs, and sample layouts discussing them with clients and making necessary changes. I have also developed my skills in graphic design through training provided by the Department of Information and Communication Technology, increasing my capacity to analyze visual identity including branding promotions and digital marketing.

I am capable and knowledgeable in using design tools and software such as; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Indesign, Canva, Slack, ClickUp, Trello, Toggl, and Microsoft Office.

I was also able to finish courses given by Udemy, Inc. such as Adobe Photoshop Editing Course, Learn Google Forms, and Personal Presentation Training.

Aside from being a graphic designer, I am also a photographer of events and products for a menu of services. I also create newsletter magazines for businesses and companies for their reports which exposed me to knowledge in typography and the effective usage of positive and negative space when developing outputs. 

I am efficient and adept at following directions, and I place high importance on secrecy. I am thorough in my attention to detail and the needs of my clients, and I am eager to learn new skills if necessary to deliver my designs on time. I am also effective in time-management and problem-solving skills, allowing the completion of projects with minimal supervision.
