You can call me Sher. I'm a Juris Doctor graduate and took Bachelor of Science in Psychology as my pre-law. I've worked as a legal assistant at Rosenberg Law, P.A., a law firm practicing in personal injury! My work experience there is more on the litigation stage, which includes scheduling and calendaring court dates, meet and confers, depositions, and hearings; drafting of motions and notices; correspondence with opposing counsels; update client records in NuLaw; and other legal admin tasks.

Aside from the above-related experience, I've worked as well as a Legal Assistant for a law firm practicing in civil rights and employment law, and I was also a Case Manager for an immigration and family law firm, hence, most of the tasks you've mentioned were my previous responsibilities, like calling clients, opposing counsels, courts, and vendors.
