I have experience in IT service desk support as well for 3 years. We provide technical support for client having issues on their logins password, active directory, server monitoring and system updates on their PC. I also worked for Samsung TV as a technical support analyst. We provide technical assistance over the phone for all the customer in the United states. As a Virtual assistant, I worked for Agentpoint Australian based website support. I normally answer questions via email and sometimes over the phone. We provide support for their website if they need to migrate or change specific details on their websites.
