Sheryl T. Gonzales

Hi! My name is Sheryl Gonzales.

I've been in the BPO industry since 2001. I started out as a Call Center Agent/Telemarketer, got promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist and eventually had experience training, coaching and mentoring agents when I was offered a Team Leader role. I have excellent sales background as I did outbound and inbound sales for almost 11 years.

My last full time employment was with a Home Based B2B Appointment Setting company. I was assigned as the dedicated sales person for a particular client; made cold calls from a list of targeted prospects to introduce his product or service; and set sales call appointments with high level decision-makers. My tenure only lasted for 3 years and 2 months because the company shut its operations down on March 20, 2019.

I also had an experience as a Home-Based Part-Time Appointment Setter for mortgage protection life insurance and final expense life insurance where I set up appointments for a state licensed field underwriter to deliver the packet and quickly lay out to the customer all the programs he would be eligible for. Unfortunately, my working relationship with the local field underwriter did not last long because he needed to attend to some personal and family issues at that time and had to pause calling for his campaign.

I'm currently searching for an employment opportunity that would make me a competitive candidate based on my qualifications. My goal is to learn more about the roles and responsibilities necessary for the job that you're offering.
