I had five years experience in the BPO industry which is focused on customer service and was able to undergo an extensive training for the following accounts finance, sales, billing, transcription, travel and hospitality. Prior to joining the BPO industry i also worked as an assistant in Human Resource for industrial and benefits in Mactan Apparels Incorporated located at MEPZ 1, Mactan Cebu, Philippines. I also worked as Maintenance Clerk for Feeder Apparel Corporation, still at MEPZ 1. On the side, i also act as personal assistant for one of the Regional Managers of M.Lhuillier Philippines, gathering important data for the region and making his reports using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I was also a Virtual Assistant for a Physical Therapist who has three clinics in New York by calling her patients using VOIP to confirm their appointments. and is also responsible for the billing with the insurance companies used by her patients.
