Initiate process and system enhancements for the unit to improve
existing processes and produce quality output, increase efficiency
level and meet objectives.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports required by MasterCard and
provide MIS for all MasterCard related transactions that can be used
by management as inputs for decision making.
