• I schedule weekly, biweekly and/or monthly meetings to discuss operations and productivity with my clients;

• In an effort to provide an effective way to ensure I bill clients for the actual time worked, I make use of available software which keeps track of the time worked. The program runs like a stopwatch and can start and stop as the need arises.

In order to provide efficient service, I rely on technology tools like:

• Google Apps: Calendar, Drive, Voice, Gmail, Keep, etc.

• Dropbox for file sharing

• TeamWork PM for online workspace and collaboration

• TeamViewer for training and troubleshooting

• Skype, phone, text, fax, or IM for communication
