Shweta Shigaonkar

I am a fresher with a degree in Community Resource management. Human Resources was the core subject in my final year. i want to explore various sectors of HR to make my career path. However, HR operations interests me more. I have leadership qualities as well as good team player qualities. I am quick learner with good good grasping power. I am prominently known to English, Hindi and Marathi. I am good at team work, critical thinking and analyzing. I have conducted an ergonomic research on "Ergonomic risks assessment among chemical laboratory technicians in chemical industries." It was also presented at intercollegiate research competition organized by University of Mumbai. as an internship, I have worked for an NGO named as Bright Future, where I gave lectures and trainings to the new aspirants of the NGO. I taught them about work place safety, women safety on workplace also about workplace hazards. I designed various activities, kept daily records, had discussion with authorities in order improvement.

Due to lockdown, there many events I organized online. I participated in hosting webinars led by college department. I designed brochures with guests' career information, made google forms also led the team for publicity.

I like to travel to different places and take photographs. Also, I like to read books and facts about space.
