I've been in the BPO industry for 9+ years and have handled mostly customer service (voice, chat and Email support) for a car rental company, US TelCo, and food delivery service. I have done home based as well for more than a year. I am knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Slack and Zendesk. Not to mention the awards and achievements I have received while still working with these companies. I was also promoted to be a Helpdesk (Tier 2) support and as a Quality Analyst.
