With over three years of experience in customer service support and a passion for IT, I am confident that I have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

In addition to my customer service background, I have completed the Google IT Technical Support Professional certificate course, as well as the Introduction to Cybersecurity course from Cisco Network Academy. These courses have provided me with a strong foundation in IT and cybersecurity, allowing me to troubleshoot technical issues and provide excellent customer support.

Currently, I am freelancing as a remote data entry specialist for Franchisees First Pizza Hut International. In this role, I have honed my attention to detail and time management skills, while also developing my ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
